According to Women's Wear Daily: "Australian actress Cate Blanchett has been confirmed as the new face of Giorgio Armani Parfums, a division of L’Oréal Luxe. Blanchett, who is rehearsing for a play with Isabelle Huppert at the Sydney Theatre Company, will be the face of an advertising campaign for a new eau de parfum called 'Sí' that will hit shelves at the end of the summer. The confirmation comes after weeks of unsubstantiated buzz following press reports about a fragrance collaboration between the actress and Giorgio Armani, who have a long-standing professional relationship. Blanchett has often worn Armani creations on the red carpet and openly expressed admiration of him."

Emporio Armani Stronger With You Intensely is an oriental-woody fragrance with fougere accents. It tells a story of the excitement of a new and young love. Top notes include spices and violet, with the heart that combines lavender with sweet toffee caramel and cinnamon. The base ends with suede, vanilla and amber.

Armani Si was launched in 2013 as a sweet scent of cassis, rose and vanilla. In 2014, Armani introduces its enhanced version Armani Si Eau de Parfum Intense. The new version is designed for a strong and passionate woman who is brave and not afraid to take risks. Such woman is conceived as very charismatic, confident, independent and sophisticated.   "Denser" and richer than the original, Si Intense is described as a modern chypre fragrance. It opens with accords of cassis and black currant heart extract. There are also fresh notes of mandarin and bergamot with a silky touch of freesia. The heart develops with essence of May rose and neroli absolute, with additional accords of davana and osmanthus. The base features patchouli, vanilla, ambroxan and woody notes.   The face of the perfume is actress Cate Blanchett. The fragrance is available as 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Armani announces a new fragrant pair and a new pillar of the Emporio Armani line which is supposed to represent "an olfactive embodiment of authentic modern-day love." The feminine edition Because It's You and the masculine Stronger With You come out in June 2017. Top notes: cardamom, pink pepper, violet leaves. Heart: sage. Base: crystallized chestnut, Vanilla Jungle Essence, Orientalwood.
